A nonprofit organization, the Opening Day Foundation, is advertising access to the Trump family. Access to the family is offered after Donald Trump’s inauguration. When you visit the Openig Day Foundation's website, http://openingday45.com/, the words “coming soon” are large. The site also hosts a picture of an eagle with a flag.

Donald Trump’s sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, are listed as directors of the Opening Day Foundation. The proposed foundation event would allow access to the trumps for donations of either $500,000 or 1 million dollars. However, statements made by Donald Trump’s transition team indicate plans for the Opening Day Foundation are preliminary.

Trump's transition team sent a statement, via e-mail, from representative Hope Hicks. The statement reads: "The Opening Day event and details reported are merely initial concepts that have not been approved or pursued by the Trump family. Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are avid outdoorsmen and supporters of conservation efforts, which align with the goals of this event; however they are not involved in any capacity."

This is not the first event allowing access to a member of Trump’s family. An auction, to benefit Eric Trump’s Foundation, was recently cancelled involving Ivanka Trump. The winner of the Auction would enjoy Coffee with Ivanka, and all proceeds would go to Eric Trumps Foundation which helps support Children’s hospitals.
